Eric spent time as a boy working with the tradesmen through his school holidays and learnt a lot about the practicalities of the building industry before leaving school to go to college. It is this practicality added to design creativity that can give you a design that you want at a building cost you can afford. His motto is design with Though; Design with Character; Build with care. Eric is aware that your property is probably one of if not the biggest investment of your life, he wants to see the property enhanced and he wants his plans to be easily understood by the builders that will construct your new house, extension or other refurbishment and therefore spends extra time ensuring that the drawings of anything existing are accurate before he starts the design.
